Accenture & NVIDIA Unveils AI Agent Builder For Enterprise AI Adoption
New York, 19th March 2025 – Accenture had added new capabilities to the AI Refinery platform with the addition of an AI agent builder, making it possible for business users to build and edit AI agents with ease. This is anticipated to improve operational agility and efficiency in different fields.
With the addition of the AI agent builder, users of Accenture’s AI Refinery, now running on NVIDIA AI Enterprise, will be able to create custom AI agents without the need for any complex programming. This lower barrier to AI agent creation is expected to automate processes and encourage creativity.
Accenture has also broadened the scope of its pre-built industry agent solutions, now enhanced with NVIDIA’s Llama Nemotron models, designed to help clients rapidly expand AI adoption throughout their organizations.

From Accenture’s own research, the company has found that applying these AI capabilities can drive impactful efficiency improvements. For example, in contact centers, call processing times could be reduced by 25 times, which translates to 2.6 times more efficient calling and a 24 percent increase in overall accuracy of calls attended to.
The AI Refinery platform ceaselessly integrates digital twins, robotics, and domain-specific models to incessantly optimize manufacturing, logistics, and quality with superior AI and simulation technologies.
The goal of this integration is to achieve greater independence and efficiency while simultaneously reducing expenses in automation and engineering work processes. This shift further emphasizes Accenture’s dedication to fostering the implementation of agentic AI, enabling organizations to continuously evolve and stay relevant in an ever-shifting environment.
