Accenture’s Latest Investment Could Revolutionize Your Workplace
NEW,YORK and PALO ALTO; FEBRUARY 27th, 2025 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has invested in Workhelix, a technology-enabled services firm focusing on optimizing organizational investments in AI.
This investment is intended to incorporate Workhelix’s capabilities into Accenture LearnVantage to improve learning and instructional services for workforce reskilling and upskilling in data and AI.
According to an Accenture Pulse of Change survey, 86% of C-suite leaders intend to spend more on generative AI, but only 35% of employees recognize its potential value. With over 2000 generative
AI projects across the globe, Accenture has unique knowledge of how AI is impacting roles and processes in different industries.
Accenture LearnVantage targets learners to start training at a moment’s notice by first determining what skill gaps need to be filled as fast as possible, then providing relevant training tailored to the learner in question.
The cloud-based platform is built to work with pre-existing learning management systems and uses an advanced AI model to select learning materials from Accenture and other vendors.
Workhelix provides a task-oriented system that studies the generative AI effect on the workforce, looking for ways to embed AI into workflows. After studying more than 20,000 jobs and 300,000 tasks with over 450 million workplace data points, Workhelix provides actionable detailed plans for aligning teams and prioritizing for decisions.
This enables a never-ending cycle of project planning, technology implementation, and ROI evaluation.
Embedding Workhelix’s capabilities in Accenture LearnVantage will allow companies to identify specific tasks and positions that can be enhanced with generative AI and develop detailed plans to monitor progress against objectives.
