Accenture Names Seeler Rebeiro as Managing Director to Drive Digital Transformation Initiatives
Accenture has appointed Seeler Rebeiro as Managing Director, marking a strategic return to the global consulting and technology services leader. In his new role, Rebeiro will spearhead large-scale digital and operational transformation programs, lead high-value client engagements, and harness emerging technologies to deliver scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.

Rebeiro rejoins Accenture following a successful nearly nine-year tenure at WNS Global Services, where he most recently served as Corporate Senior Vice President. During his time at WNS, he strengthened the company’s intelligent automation and global technology services capabilities while leading complex transformation mandates for enterprise clients across industries.
As Global Lead for Intelligent Automation at WNS, Rebeiro played a pivotal role in expanding automation frameworks, enhancing solution architecture, and securing strategic global RFP programs. His leadership contributed to embedding automation-led efficiency and innovation into client operating models at scale.
Rebeiro’s career comes full circle with his return to Accenture, where he earlier spent over nine years as a Senior Manager, building deep consulting, transformation, and technology execution expertise. His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Capgemini and Atos Syntel, bringing together more than three decades of cross-industry experience in digital transformation, enterprise automation, and technology innovation.
