Enterprise operations often require teams to coordinate tasks, approvals and recovery across multiple systems. Symphony brings these activities into governed workflows across enterprise applications, cloud environments and infrastructure. By coordinating execution across these layers, the platform helps reduce manual handoffs, standardise operational procedures and maintain visibility from initiation through completion.
Symphony combines three modes of operation: rule-based orchestration for established procedures, conversational AI through Maestro for guided interaction and human decisions, and ambient agentic AI through isAI for autonomous monitoring and response. Organisations apply the appropriate mode to each task, with defined permissions, approval requirements and audit trails governing execution. Through Maestro, users also interact with workflows directly within Microsoft Teams.

The platform supports business workflows such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Month-End Close, alongside IT operations including background job management, system maintenance and recovery. Its orchestration capabilities connect prerequisite checks, task dependencies, execution and validation, helping teams manage complete processes across systems.
