Butterfly Network Secures GovRAMP and TX-RAMP Certifications
Butterfly is now authorized to sell cloud services to all state and local government agencies, including the state of Texas.

The certifications authorize the Company to sell cloud services to all state and local government agencies, including in the state of Texas.
GovRAMP (formerly StateRAMP), a nationally recognized risk authorization management program, provides a standardized approach to assessing cloud products. Achieving GovRAMP Authorization demonstrates Butterfly’s dedication to meeting the highest security and compliance standards, ensuring the trust and confidence of government agencies and organizations. In addition, the company has secured TX-RAMP Certification for the state of Texas, which is the only domestic state requiring a standalone authorization.

The solution has undergone a third-party assessment by the Audit firm A-LIGN and a quality review by the GovRAMP Program Management Office.

The news follows Butterfly’s October 2025 announcement regarding ISO 27001, SOC-2 Type 2, C5 Germany, and NHS DSPT global accreditations. Butterfly is expected to secure FedRAMP certification in 2026, and is pursuing HITRUST CSF r2, a NIST 800-53 (Rev-5) framework that unifies standards like HIPAA and GDPR.
