CCC Appoints Josh Valdez as CPO to Advance AI-Led Innovation
CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. In his new role, Valdez will oversee CCC’s end-to-end product strategy, design, and delivery. Valdez brings extensive experience in building and scaling platform-based technology businesses. Throughout his career, he has consistently translated advanced technologies into practical, high-impact products. In addition, his deep expertise in artificial intelligence including agentic AI positions him well to lead CCC’s next phase of product evolution. His approach centers on enabling seamless collaboration between people and AI, ultimately improving decision-making, efficiency, and outcomes across mission-critical workflows.

Before joining CCC, Valdez served as Senior Vice President of Products at Dayforce, where he led global product management initiatives. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in advancing AI-driven capabilities across the company’s human capital management platform. Prior to that, he held the role of Vice President of Platform at Workday, where he oversaw core platform initiatives. Notably, he joined Workday through the acquisition of Pattern, an intelligent workspace startup he co-founded. Earlier in his career, Valdez spent five years at Google, taking on senior product, technology, and strategy roles that further strengthened his expertise in large-scale platform development.
