Communicate Appoints Paul Bryce as Group CEO to Accelerate Growth

Communicate Technology, a leading provider of cybersecurity and IT network solutions, has announced the appointment of Paul Bryce as Group CEO, marking the start of an exciting new chapter for the business.

Paul will officially assume the role on 5th January 2026, joining Communicate at a time of significant momentum, with the group reporting major growth following the successful integration of Blaze Networks and investment from Rockpool in 2024.

With more than 30 years’ experience in the managed services sector, including as a founding member of Node4, Paul brings a proven track record of scaling businesses and driving strategic growth. During his time at Node4, Paul played a central role in growing the business from zero to 1,100 people and £190m in revenue – participating in 10 acquisitions and three rounds of private equity investment.

Commenting on his appointment, Paul said:

Paul succeeds Tony Snaith, founder and transitioning Group CEO, who will remain on the board as a Non-Executive Director. Welcoming the appointment of Paul, he commented:
