🕧 11 min

Today at its inaugural Glean:GO Partner Summit, Glean unveiled the Glean Partner Network,(opens in new tab) its official global partner program, bringing together the partner pathways, expertise, and resources Glean has built into one global ecosystem.

Glean’s partner ecosystem is expanding globally, with partners across North America, EMEA, APJ, and Latin America. Partners have now earned more than 2,000 Glean accreditations across sales, technical, and delivery disciplines, reflecting growing investment in the expertise required to bring enterprise AI to customers successfully.

The Glean Partner Network builds on that momentum, giving partners more ways to build and grow with Glean while helping customers find trusted expertise to shape AI strategy, deploy new use cases, and drive adoption in real workflows.

Market Context: Enterprise AI Has Become an Ecosystem Business

Companies are putting multiple models, clouds, applications, and services to work across their data, permissions, and workflows. That puts partners at the center of helping enterprises deploy, integrate, govern, and operationalize AI across the business.

The work rarely fits one category. The same partner may build an agent, connect systems, co-sell the solution, lead deployment, and support adoption after launch.

Many partner programs still treat those contributions as separate lanes. The Glean Partner Network brings them into one ecosystem, recognizing partners for the capabilities they build, the value they create, and the results they deliver.

What’s New: More Ways to Build and Grow with Glean

  • Work with Glean in the ways that fit your business. Partners can engage through Referral, Commercial, Services & Solutions, and Technology pathways – and participate in more than one. A consultancy can also build technology. A software partner can co-sell. A reseller can deliver services. The program is designed to grow with the work partners actually do.
  • Support customers across the AI journey. Partners can Build, Sell, Deliver, Operate, and Innovate with Glean. That can mean developing agents and connectors, co-selling and transacting Glean, leading deployment and adoption, operating AI services, or creating new industry and customer solutions. One partner can contribute across several of those areas.
  • Build expertise customers can recognize. Partners have already earned more than 2,000 Glean accreditations, with self-service programs establishing a baseline across sales, technical, and delivery readiness and tiered Boost Camps providing deeper training. Competencies in Agent Building, Custom Connectors, and Embedded Experiences give partners a way to demonstrate specialized capabilities, and give customers more confidence in who they choose.
  • Grow your business and earn deeper investment from Glean. Partners can co-sell and transact, deliver implementation and adoption services, build technology extensions and joint solutions, and access deal registration, MDF, and co-marketing opportunities. As partners build capabilities and deliver customer impact, Glean will increase sales, technical, marketing, and executive support.

The Glean Partner Network is designed for resellers and VARs; services firms and consultancies; systems integrators and GSIs; software and product partners; cloud and strategic technology partners; and private equity partners.

What It Means for Partners and Customers

For partners, the Glean Partner Network creates a bigger opportunity to build with Glean. Partners can expand across sales, services, technology, and solutions as their capabilities grow and earn greater investment from Glean as they deliver results.

For customers, the value is speed, fit, and confidence. The network makes it easier to find partners with the right expertise for the work, whether that means deploying Glean, building an integration or agent, operating AI services, or creating an industry-specific solution.

For Glean, the network expands reach and delivery capacity and gives more customers access to the expertise required to deploy and grow with Glean successfully.

Executive Perspectives

  • “Partners are central to making enterprise AI work. The Glean Partner Network gives partners more ways to build real businesses with Glean and gives customers a clearer path to the expertise they need. As partners build their capabilities and deliver results, we will invest alongside them.” Zubin Irani,(opens in new tab) VP of Partnerships, Glean.
  • “Enterprises don’t need more AI models, they need a practical way to apply AI across the data, permissions, and workflows they already rely on. Glean provides the permission-aware foundation to move from experimentation to adoption. Through the Glean Partner Network, AHEAD can pair that foundation with the implementation, governance, and enablement needed to build AI programs that are secure, scalable, and embedded in how people work.” — Scott Blahauvietz, VP, AI & Cloud Sales, AHEAD
  • “Every enterprise is at the beginning of a major shift in how people find information, make decisions, and get work done with AI. We all understand the potential, but the real impact comes when people trust it, use it, and see results in their daily work. That’s why we value our partnership with Glean, whose context-rich enterprise AI platform and collaborative approach help us guide customers through secure, thoughtful deployments that accelerate adoption and drive meaningful results.” — Travis Graham, Co-CEO, Alchemy Technology Group
  • “The opportunity in AI is enormous, however the real challenge is enterprise absorption rather than technology introduction. Wave one delivered individual productivity but overall business results were often constrained by new bottlenecks. Moving forward, our advanced clients are building greenfield workflows for more dramatic removal of bottlenecks and group and division level productivity. Our work with Glean brings together Bain’s transformation expertise and Glean’s platform to help clients make that shift faster and capture value sooner. We’re delighted to be recognized as Glean’s AI Transformation Partner of the Year.” — David Crawford, Chairman of Global Technology Practice, Bain & Company
  • “Many of Glean’s customers are running on AWS, and that overlap is where we add the most value. We help them bring Glean and AWS together so enterprise knowledge and cloud infrastructure work as one system, not two. That’s what turns AI adoption into real business outcomes, and it’s why we’re glad to be part of the Glean Partner Network.” — Ann Carpenter, CMO, Caylent
  • “Working with Glean gives EggNest a powerful platform to help organizations get more value from their collective knowledge. Glean makes it easier for customers to find and understand the information they need, and EggNest helps them put that knowledge to work in their everyday workflows. Together, we help customers make faster decisions, reduce friction, and get more done. We’re grateful for the partnership and excited to keep building on what we’ve accomplished together.” — Rob Eggebrecht, CEO, EggNest.ai.
