Bluetowne brings deep engineering expertise across cybersecurity, cloud, and infrastructure, along with long-standing client relationships in the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) and renewable energy (wind, battery storage, and grid) sectors. The acquisition also expands Katalyst’s presence in the Charleston market.

Eric Hartley, CEO of Bluetowne, joins Katalyst to help drive strategic services and build out vertical practices. Bluetowne clients will continue to work with the team they know and trust, now backed by broader technical expertise, more resources, and an expanded portfolio of services.

Together, Katalyst and Bluetowne will help mid-market businesses in AEC and renewable energy address industry-specific technology challenges by combining Bluetowne’s sector expertise with broader cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and practical AI capabilities.

The acquisition reflects the strategy Katalyst and e4n Group share: combine organic growth with disciplined acquisitions that add complementary capabilities, talented people, and long-term value for Katalyst and Bluetowne clients alike
