Today’s U.S. national security priorities encompass defense capabilities, critical resources, infrastructure, industrial capacity, and digital technologies. These mission-critical capabilities underpin America’s long-term security, economic resilience, technology leadership, and global competitiveness.

Strategic Growth Pillars

Mobix Lab’s NSM Initiative establishes a disciplined growth framework for evaluating acquisitions, strategic investments, partnerships, and organic growth opportunities across four strategic pillars:

  • Critical Resources & Advanced Materials,
  • Defense, Aerospace & Autonomous Systems,
  • Energy, Water & Critical Infrastructure, and
  • Digital Infrastructure & Strategic Technologies

These pillars align with enduring U.S. priorities including national defense, energy independence, resilient infrastructure, and domestic industrial onshoring.

The NSM Initiative builds upon the previously announced, proposed acquisition of Special Project Delivery, Inc. (“SPD”) and is being facilitated through its relationship with SPD and its principals.

National Security Matters

Mobix Labs believes that governments and private industry are making generational investments to secure domestic supply chains, expand strategic manufacturing capabilities, and strengthen critical infrastructure. Mobix is now working to build a diversified strategic industries platform serving these long-term priorities.

“The Board believes national security and economic security have become inseparable,” said Mobix Labs Chairman, Jimmy Peterson. “Our NSM Initiative reflects a long-term vision to build businesses that strengthen America’s strategic capabilities. We believe the opportunities extending from national defense to energy, infrastructure and domestic industrial capacity represent some of the most compelling and durable investment themes of our times.”
