NEO3 Launches Cadence, AI-Powered ERP Implementation Platform for Clients
Offered by monthly subscription, trained on 400+ of the firm’s own implementations, and targeting 90-day go-lives on Oracle NetSuite.
NEO3, LLC(opens in new tab), an ERP consulting firm that has delivered more than 400 implementations since 1999, announced the general availability of Cadence by neo³ — an AI-assisted ERP implementation platform delivered as a monthly subscription rather than a traditional capital project.

Cadence gives clients a live view of their own implementation: current stage, percent complete, what is finished, what comes next, and a single named next action. Each of the nine stages opens as a card showing documents submitted, questions outstanding, and decisions recorded — replacing the status call and the periodically updated slide.
The platform targets 90 days to go-live on qualified projects. AI produces first-pass requirements, scope, and configuration documentation that consultants review and correct — cutting manual documentation roughly in half and redirecting about twice as much consultant time toward client teams.
“This year we changed our tagline to AI-Powered ERP, and we meant it,” said Jim Rosenberg(opens in new tab), President and CEO of NEO3. “We did not put our logo on a general-purpose chatbot. Cadence’s AI is trained on our own implementations — four hundred-plus real projects, what worked and what broke. Every recommendation cites the finding behind it, and no output reaches a client without one of our consultants reviewing it. AI does the volume. Our people do the judgment.”

Data conversion, where implementations most often lose schedule, is handled across three of the nine stages — setup data, core data, and go-live data — each with its own approval gate. AI cleanses, maps, and validates records and flags exceptions for consultant review, and conversion is included in the subscription rather than billed as a separate scope item. Clients also receive a learning system built around their own configuration, available for the life of the subscription to train future hires.
“ERP has always been a capital decision — a big number and a long approval cycle before anything can start,” Rosenberg said. “A predictable monthly payment changes who can get started, and because we stay engaged for as long as a client runs on the system, our incentives point the same direction as theirs.”
NEO3 is also extending Cadence to existing clients for support, continual improvement, and additional projects such as warehouse management and CPQ.
