Network Brainiacs, a managed IT services and cybersecurity company headquartered in Mount Arlington, New Jersey, is pleased to announce its expansion into Maryland through the acquisition of Computer Enhancement Systems (CES), an established IT services provider based in Frederick, Maryland.

The acquisition, effective September 1, 2026, comes shortly after Network Brainiacs celebrated 15 years in business this August. The expansion marks an important chapter in the company’s growth and its continued commitment to helping businesses operate more efficiently, securely, and confidently through technology.

As part of the transition, Network Brainiacs has maintained CES’ existing Frederick location and retained members of its local team. This approach preserves valuable local knowledge and established relationships while introducing new leadership, additional resources, and opportunities to enhance client experience.
