Origin, ownership, and measured output — a quality system for AI — for data centers and government across the United States, the Middle East, and beyond.

Rootz Corp. and Microlink Networks Partner to Make AI Infrastructure Provable

Microlink brings the integration that makes Measured AI achievable, building quality and trust directly into the output.”

NVIDIA describes the modern data center as an “AI factory,” one that manufactures intelligence at scale. Yet unlike every other kind of manufacturing, AI output today carries no quality system: no record of its origin, no proof of ownership, and no measurement of how it was made. Rootz and Microlink are partnering to close that gap.

Under the partnership, Microlink will bring the Rootz Measured AI layer to its AI-ready datacenter and eGovernment offerings. Together, the companies give every AI output an origin, how and where it was made, and an owner, whose it is, the building blocks of title, and bind the condition of the infrastructure itself to the output it produces. The result is quality and security integrated into the output, verifiable by anyone, rather than asserted and taken on trust.

“We’re excited to work with Microlink to provide the systems and support that enhance the quality and trust of the data our customers rely on,” said Steven Sprague, CEO of Rootz Corp. “Microlink brings the integration into the internal systems that makes Measured AI achievable, so quality and trust are built into the output itself.”

“Our customers are building AI-ready infrastructure for some of the most demanding environments in the world,” said Yaseen Khalid, Chief Executive Officer, Microlink Networks. “Rootz lets us deliver more than performance. We can deliver trust that is measured and verifiable. In our region, quality and security built into the output is exactly what governments and enterprises need.”

The partnership is especially relevant across the Middle East, where nations are investing heavily in sovereign AI and digital infrastructure under real security pressure. By making origin and ownership the foundation, so trust becomes verify, the companies aim to help the region build a trusted digital economy on measured, provable foundations.
