Measuring 5.8mm thin and weighing 163 grams, the S25 Edge builds a sleek titanium body with Corning® Gorilla® Glass Ceramic 2-an elegant finish with an assurance of durability.
The 200MP wide-angle camera is the heart of this device, enabling ultra-high-resolution photography and over 40% brighter low-light shots with improved Nightography.
The 12MP autofocus ultra-wide lens provides sharper macro shots. Users can enjoy AI-assisted editing, such as Audio Eraser and Drawing Assist, powered by the Galaxy S25’s ProVisual Engine.

The compact Galaxy S25 Edge is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Mobile Platform for Galaxy with maximum performance.
This processor ensures smooth AI operation on-device and enables Samsung’s ProScaler technology, which improves display image quality by 40%. An all-new vapor chamber was introduced to cool the device during intensive workloads.
The Galaxy S25 Edge deeply integrates Galaxy AI within its experience. From productivity tools such as Now Brief and Now Bar that integrate with third-party apps, to Gemini Live screen + camera sharing in real-time, the device becomes a versatile AI assistant. All the AI processes run on the device, secured through Samsung Knox Vault to guarantee privacy and security.
