Infosys and Spark Join Forces for AI-Driven Transformation
NEW ZEALAND, 16TH APRIL, 2025 — Today, Infosys, the global leader in digital services and consulting, and Spark New Zealand, the largest telecommunications and digital services provider in the country, announced a strategic association intent on transforming Spark’s IT delivery model through next-generation digital innovation.
The agreement specifies that Topaz, the AI-first services platform from Infosys’s cloud-centric suite, Infosys Cobalt, will be brought to Spark’s IT environment. It will help the organization streamline operations, operate under reduced IT operating costs, and accelerate rollouts of digitalization and AI-enhanced customer experiences.
The delivery of DevOps and software engineering services by Infosys will support the building, testing, integration, monitoring, and support of Spark’s core systems and applications. While Infosys delivers execution at scale, Spark retains control of its IT assets, technology architecture, product design, and innovation roadmap, ensuring strategic autonomy even while enhancing operational efficiency.
