Tanium Appoints Carol MacKinlay as Chief People Officer
HR leader joins Tanium’s award-winning culture to guide global people strategy and growth

MacKinlay brings more than 30 years of experience building and scaling people organizations at technology companies across all stages of growth, from early-stage startups to public companies. She joins Tanium from Pebl, where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer. During her tenure, she worked to re-energize the company – driving their rebranding from Velocity Global, streamlining the company with new systems and processes to be ready to scale, and instilling a culture of performance with compassion.
MacKinlay has also held senior people leadership roles at companies including Binance.US, Plantronics, Xero, Coverity, Matterport and UserTesting, supporting organizations through periods of rapid growth, transformation and public-market readiness.
