Together AI,(opens in new tab) a leading San Francisco-based AI Native Cloud platform, and HUMAIN(opens in new tab), a PIF company delivering full-stack artificial intelligence capabilities globally, today at LEAP announced a strategic partnership to connect HUMAIN’s rapidly expanding AI compute capacity in Saudi Arabia with global AI-native and enterprise demand. The partnership will include the construction of a new 250 megawatt data center, located in Saudi Arabia.

The partnership brings together HUMAIN’s large-scale, multi-chip AI infrastructure footprint, expanding cloud and inference capabilities with Together AI’s global customer ecosystem and AI-native inference platform. Together, the companies will offer an additional option for developers, enterprises, and AI-native organizations worldwide to access high-performance AI infrastructure for inference and training workloads, all deployed in data centers throughout the Kingdom.

“The future of artificial intelligence depends on the ability to combine world-class infrastructure with world-class platforms and ecosystems,” said Tareq Amin(opens in new tab), CEO of HUMAIN. “This partnership brings together HUMAIN’s infrastructure foundation with Together AI’s leading AI cloud platform and developer ecosystem, creating a powerful environment for innovation, AI adoption, and economic growth. We are strengthening the region’s position as a global hub for AI infrastructure, cloud capabilities, and next-generation AI services.”

Access to power is one of the central constraints on AI infrastructure growth, and Saudi Arabia’s power capacity is a key advantage. The location also provides low-latency access to several important regions for customers, including Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The partnership is expected to yield over $5 billion in gross annualized revenue in its first year.

The partnership supports HUMAIN’s strategy of building the complete AI value chain, spanning data centers, AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, foundation models, and AI applications. As part of this vision, HUMAIN continues to expand its capabilities to support a broad range of AI workloads through a multi-workload, multi-chip infrastructure approach designed to serve the evolving needs of developers, enterprises, and AI-native companies.

Together AI has established one of the world’s leading open-source AI ecosystems, providing access to state-of-the-art models, production-grade inference capabilities and training infrastructure. Through this partnership, developers and enterprises will be able to leverage these capabilities on infrastructure hosted in Saudi Arabia, enabling the development and deployment of AI applications at global scale.

“Open source is quickly becoming the default way companies build with AI, because they want ownership – of their models, their data, and their intelligence,” said Vipul Ved Prakash,(opens in new tab) Co-Founder and CEO of Together AI. “We’re thrilled to partner with HUMAIN to unlock tremendous new capacity our customers need. This collaboration brings together what we each do best: HUMAIN’s expertise in large-scale infrastructure and capital deployment, and Together’s best-in-class AI cloud and technical talent.”

By bringing together infrastructure, platform capabilities, and a thriving developer ecosystem, Together AI and HUMAIN aim to accelerate the adoption of AI technologies across industries and support the next generation of AI innovation.
