Bigleaf Networks, the performance control layer for the multi-carrier, multi-path enterprise, announced the availability of Multipath Broadband, a fully managed hybrid connectivity solution developed in partnership with Connected Solutions Group (CSG), America’s business connectivity partner. The solution combines Verizon 5G Fixed Wireless Access and Starlink with Bigleaf’s intelligent network performance platform.

Designed for multi-site and distributed businesses, Multipath Broadband helps organizations maintain fast, reliable application performance in locations where traditional wired internet is unavailable, unreliable, or cost-prohibitive. As businesses increasingly rely on cloud applications, VoIP, video conferencing, telehealth, AI-powered tools, and digital transactions, degraded network performance can be just as disruptive as a complete outage.

Unlike traditional “5G + satellite” connectivity bundles that rely on passive backup circuits and legacy failover technology, Multipath Broadband keeps both Verizon 5G and Starlink active simultaneously. Rather than sitting idle as a cold backup, Starlink operates as a working path alongside Verizon 5G to add capacity, resiliency, and performance, thanks to the Bigleaf performance layer.

Bigleaf continuously monitors latency, jitter, and packet loss across both connections in real time, automatically routing traffic over a non-disruptive path to protect application experience. The solution also includes same-IP failover, circuit bonding, and multiple static IPs, allowing voice, video, VPN, cloud, and transaction-based applications to remain connected even when network conditions change.

“Businesses don’t just need to stay online. They need their applications to stay fast,” said Michael Pittman, CEO of Connected Solutions Group. “Multipath Broadband delivers that as a single managed service. We survey the site, install everything, and Bigleaf handles the performance layer, so the customer never has to think about it again.”

Multipath Broadband is delivered as a turnkey managed service that includes hardware, professional installation, the Bigleaf solution, wireless connectivity, and 24/7 support through a single provider, eliminating the IT burden typically associated with managing multiple connectivity providers and network policies. CSG manages all routing policies and configuration changes remotely for the life of the agreement, creating a true one-bill, one-call experience with no surprise support costs.

“Pairing 5G with satellite isn’t new, but using both as active, optimized paths is,” said Greg Davis, CEO of Bigleaf Networks. “Bigleaf turns Starlink into a true performance path rather than a backup that sits idle until something breaks. Same-IP failover, circuit bonding, and real-time application routing are what separate this from just another basic failover bundle.”
