Little joins to drive leadership in cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and AI-led transformation as former CEO Tom McAndrew moves into an advisory role.

Coalfire, a leading cybersecurity services and solutions company backed by funds advised by Apax Partners LLP (“Apax”), today announced the appointment of Brad Little as its new Chief Executive Officer. Little joins Coalfire to scale its market leadership across cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and AI-led transformation.

Little brings deep global professional services leadership experience to Coalfire at a pivotal moment for the cybersecurity and AI landscape. Most recently, he served as Global Head of Professional Services at Google Cloud, where he led the evolution of the services business by fully integrating AI and agentic transformation into data- and security-centric offerings. During his tenure, he drove significant scale and productivity across Google Cloud’s Professional Services organization—capabilities he now brings to Coalfire to support its ambitious growth strategy.

Prior to Google Cloud, Little spent more than 20 years at Capgemini, most recently as Executive Vice President and Global Head of Application Services. In that role, he oversaw more than 58,000 employees worldwide and managed approximately $5 billion in annual revenue.

Former CEO Tom McAndrew will continue to support Coalfire as a board member and senior advisor, ensuring leadership continuity as the company accelerates innovation and growth across cybersecurity, AI services, and threat remediation.
