Genpact’s latest finance and accounting (F&A) Agentic Solution helps reduce past due receivables and increase touchless cash applications

Genpact , the Agentic Operations company, today announced the general availability of the Genpact Accounts Receivable (AR) Suite for industrial clients in manufacturing and mining. • Up to 80% touchless cash applications via intelligent matching and posting

  • Up to 40% higher collector productivity by reducing manual follow-ups
  • Up to 30% faster dispute resolution through automated routing and tracking

Designed for flexible, modular deployment and optimized for modern cloud environments, the suite consists of the following modules:

  • Genpact AR Collections prioritizes accounts and suggests next-best actions using risk and payment signals
  • Genpact AR Resolution Center captures, routes, tracks, and escalates dispute cases through a connected workflow
  • Genpact AR Cash matches payments to invoices and supports faster, cleaner reconciliation

Built on decades of running finance operations for global enterprises, the Genpact AR Suite combines deep I2C process intelligence with agentic AI-assisted capabilities designed to help identify customer payment behavior and patterns, prioritize disputes, and resolve cases with human oversight.

The accounts receivable (AR) launch expands Genpact’s agentic finance solution portfolio, which includes accounts payable (AP) and record-to-report (R2R). Together, these proprietary solutions are designed to help CFOs modernize core finance operations, improve visibility and control, and optimize working capital outcomes, turning manual, siloed tasks into unified agentic operations. Genpact plans to extend its capabilities across the broader order-to-cash lifecycle. This reflects Genpact’s Agentic Operations strategy, where AI agents help execute work at scale while human experts oversee exceptions and business decisions.

“With agentic product suites now available for AP, R2R, and AR, Genpact is a leading partner for CFOs who are increasingly at the helm of enterprise transformation today,” said Vijay Vijayasankar, Global Agentic AI Officer, Genpact. “As leadership looks for outcomes and ROI, our end-to-end offering is designed to help release more cash, optimize working capital, and improve cost efficiency with control, while also supporting better decision-making and scenario intelligence, turning the finance function into a forward-looking advisor and growth driver.”

FLSmidth, a leading full flowsheet minerals processing supplier to the global mining industry, is among the organizations that has selected the Genpact AR Suite to reimagine I2C operations and help unlock cash.

“Mining is a business of long cycles, and our finance operations have to keep pace across a number of countries globally, multi-year service contracts, and wide regional variation,” said Roland M. Andersen, CFO, FLSmidth. “We’re building a finance function that will run on a single, connected view of the business, where agentic AI handles the routine work and our teams will spend their time on judgment, forecasting, and advising the business. Genpact will be central to that shift, helping us standardize how we operate globally and move from reactive, region-by-region processes to a more proactive, data-driven model. The result will be stronger cash visibility and more capacity to support the mining operators who depend on us to keep their operations running.”
