Samsung Rolls Out Live AI Assistant for Galaxy S25 Users
SEOUL, 8th APRIL, 2025 – Samsung Electronics has officially launched Gemini Live, a groundbreaking AI-powered visual assistant, now available to all Galaxy S25 series users through a free software update.
Beginning April 7, this update introduces real-time visual conversations with AI, allowing users to interact more naturally and productively with their devices.
Gemini Live, developed in partnership with Google, creates new levels of intelligent functionality. Hold down the side button for fabulous augmented reality: show Gemini Live what you see with the phone camera or screen while the AI responds back in real time, giving you intelligent suggestions and personalized assistance.
This is a solution to everyday tasks. It provides, for example, an outlet for messy closet organization, outfit choosing, and online shopping.
“Together with Google, we are marking a bold step toward the future of mobile AI, delivering smarter interactions that are deeply in sync with how we live, work and communicate,”
said Jay Kim, Executive Vice President and Head of Customer Experience Office, Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics.
“With this new visual capability, Galaxy S25 series brings next-generation AI experiences to life, setting new standards for how users engage with the world through their devices.”
It is one of the many ways by which Samsung is adding intuitive AI tools to its mobile ecosystem. The update is now available at no additional cost for Galaxy S25 users, further expanding Samsung’s commitment to intelligent, user-friendly innovation.
